If an issue arises, our team is committed to resolving it. Depending on the condition and diagnosis, products may be repaired or replaced at our discretion following inspection by our technical team. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our Miami facility, unless otherwise specified.
Before sending any item for warranty inspection, we strongly recommend emailing photos of the damage so we can provide a preliminary assessment and expedite the process.

✅ What Our Warranty Covers
- Manufacturer defects in frame construction, hardware, or stitching.
- Shipping-related damages: Must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Include detailed photos of the damaged box and product to initiate a claim.
- Hardware malfunctions or breakage not caused by improper use or neglect. Replacement parts or repairs will be provided as needed.

❌ What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
- Color dissatisfaction when no Pantone (PMS) color codes are submitted. Without color references, we cannot guarantee color accuracy.
- Low-resolution artwork issues, such as pixelation or blurriness, resulting from non-vector or low-quality images provided by the customer.
- Natural fading, discoloration, or wear from prolonged UV exposure or outdoor conditions. While we use UV-resistant materials, environmental elements can impact longevity.
- Spelling or grammar errors submitted by the customer. All artwork must be carefully reviewed and approved before print.
- Wind or weather damage to frames, tops, or hardware caused by failure to properly secure the tent or display system.
- Misuse, alterations, or repairs performed by non-authorized technicians.

🔁 Returns & Refunds
Because most of our products are fully customized, we follow strict policies to ensure transparency and fairness:
- Cancellations prior to production may qualify for a partial refund, minus any incurred design labor and credit card processing fees.
- No refunds on custom items once artwork is approved or production has started.
- No refunds on deposits or payments after 60 days, regardless of order status.
- All sales are final once the product has shipped. Returns will only be accepted in the case of confirmed defects under warranty.

🚚 Production & Shipping Timelines
Our average production turnaround is 8–12 business days from the time of final artwork approval.

- Production timelines may vary depending on order complexity, product type, and volume.
- Shipping delays caused by the courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) are out of our control. For shipping-related questions, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
