A: We currently offer 10x10ft, 10x15ft, and 10x20ft canopy tents—these are our standard sizes and cannot be customized.
Q: Are the tents fully customizable with my brand?
A: Yes! All canopy tops and optional walls can be fully printed with your logo, branding, and graphics using full-color sublimation.
Q: What materials are used for the canopy tents?
A: Our canopies are made with top-quality polyester that is waterproof and UV-resistant. The frames are available in lightweight aluminum or heavy-duty steel.
Q: What is the production time?
A: Orders typically take 7–12 business days to produce after artwork is approved.
Q: Do the tents include a carrying case?
A: Yes, each tent includes a rolling carry bag. Hard cases are available as an upgrade.
Q: Are your tents suitable for outdoor events?
A: Absolutely. They’re designed for outdoor use with water-resistant fabric and optional weight accessories to secure them against wind.
Q: What accessories can I add to my canopy tent?
A: You can add:
- Full or half sidewalls
- Back walls
- Flag banners
- Custom table covers
- LED lighting
- Sandbags and weight plates

A: Yes! Each sidewall or accessory can be customized with different graphics if desired.
Q: Do you offer double-sided printing?
A: Yes, double-sided printing is available for sidewalls, flags, and other signage.
Q: Is the setup difficult?
A: Not at all. Our tents feature tool-free setup and can be assembled in minutes. Setup instructions and video tutorials are available.
Q: Can I purchase replacement parts?
A: Yes, we offer replacement tops, frames, and other components.
Q: What is the minimum order?
A: There is no minimum order. You can purchase a single tent or accessory.
Q: Do you help with the design?
A: Yes, we offer free design support with every order. Send us your logo, colors, and ideas—we’ll handle the rest.
Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A: No, at this time we only ship within the United States.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
